Q1: How long is your warranty? What does your warranty include?

Q2: What is the temperature can be set in the shrink tunnel? Will the high temperature in the oven damage the package?
A2: It is 0-300ºC. No, because the packages go through the shrink tunnel quickly, and we detected the temperature of the film surface. It is about 38-45ºC. Our machines are widely used for packing ice cream, chocolate, vegetables, aerosol cans and frozen products which requires a low temperature.
Q3: Do you have any Quality Certification for your machines?
A3:Yes. We can provide the CE, SGS, ISO, UL or CSA approved machines.
Q4: Is it easy to operate of your machine?
A4:Yes. Under the condition of ensuring safe transportation, we will not disassemble the machine very much, so that it can be easier to install and debug after you receive our equipment. Meanwhile we have detailed and professional manual and operation videos in English, so that it will be easy to install and use the machine.
