Description:
By heating the compressed air, blow hot air between two layers of cloth, pressure fusion through the upper and lower pressure wheel.Hot melt speed, temperature, roller pressure and diameter of holder are adjustable.
Features:
Hot melt with high temperature welding, binder for hot melt machine is provided with a plurality of function specifications of 110-200mm, do not need to change any device between the edge, the temperature can be adjusted between 50-700 degrees.
The precision is 0.1, and the volume is small, the occupation area is small, the operation is simple, the use is convenient, easy to learn and easy to understand; high work efficiency.
Main functions:
1. Feeding function: Automatic feeding.
2. Feeding detection function: There's a sensor in feeding rack, if there's no fabric, the machine will automatic stop working to protect the machine.
3. Hot melt speed and temperature adjustable: By PLC system touch screen adjust speed and temperature,the rang of hot melt speed is 5-12m/min,the rang of temperature is 50-700ºC.
4. Multifunctional adjustable edge device: The normal range of the edge device can be 110-200mm.The edge device can be customized by the material and the diameter of the fabric.
