1. The whole machine adopts PLC control system. Using Taiwan Delta servo motor, instead of signal conversion control of brake, clutch and bottom light eye, and the independent operation of PLC and servo single control is realized, with fast speed, high precision and easy operation;
3. The positioning method adopts the advanced elastic front positioning, the positioning accuracy is high, and the bottom paper will never be ahead. When the surface paper and the bottom paper are attached, it is convenient to align or adjust the surface paper in advance;
4. Automatic glue replenishment system, which can automatically replenish the amount of glue lost during the lamination process, and cooperate with the recycling of glue materials to avoid glue loss and waste;
5. The scientific design of measuring silver line speed avoids glue throwing during high-speed operation;
6. The bottom paper adopts air suction to automatically feed the paper, which can automatically track according to the speed and continuity of the top paper, and automatically and continuously output the paper;
7. The pressure of the pressing roller is unilaterally adjusted by the screw nut, which is convenient and fast;
