2. Host machine work principle
(1) 4-24 block making machine is using the method of the down mould directionally and vertically vibrating together with upper mould compressing.
(2) Two 5.5 kw electric motor fixed at the machine bottom for the down mould vibration, One 3 KW motor fixed on top for the upper mould vibration.
(3) Materials-distributing is done once for all at a time by electric control, and the mould movement is also driven by power.
