Description
PET Bottle Blowing Machine(0.2-2L bottle) is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 0.01-25L. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle etc.
Features
1). Automatic preform conveyer to save human cost.
2). High adjusting performance to enable preheat the preforms perfectly by adjust the voltage control area in the PLC, which could adjust the temperature of the infrared lights in the pre-heater, and keep the proper temperature and humidity invariable.
3). Introduce the FESTO air cylinder to avoid contamination and noise.
4). Strong clamping force with high pressure and double crank links to lock the mould.
5). Safereliable and unique design of the position of valve to make the pneumatic diagram in the machine easier to understand.
6). Ideal cooling system make the finished bottles without any flaws.

PET bottles made by PET preform,there is strong applicability and are widely used in daily necessities, daily chemical packaging and other fields. From die processing to machine and equipment, it is very picky, easy to get started and difficult to do. PET bottle blanks are re-processed by blow moulding to form plastic bottles, including bottles used for packaging cosmetics, medicine, health care, beverages, mineral water, reagents, etc. This method is called two-step method, that is, the method of forming bottle blanks by injection moulding and then forming PET plastic bottles by blow moulding.
