The stator coil lacing equipment machine is used to lacing and binding the stator coil in the electric fan motor manufacturing, it starts after stator coil winding and forming .The machine is easy to operate, load the stator vertically into the working station, after the top side doing lacing, turn the stator then put it into the working station to do the other side lacing.
(1) Machine main function and characteristic
The stator lacing equipment mechanical can automatically feed thread and cut thread. There is no need to tie a knot.
This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.
Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.
This type of stator lacing equipment mechanical is easy to operate, the stator should be load vertically. After the top side doing lacing, turn the stator then put it into the working station to do the other side lacing.
Tooling change is fast and convenient. Stator stack length range is 10mm-100mm.
This machine adopts servo driven system, CNC control design and HIM program.
Lacing tension can be set,
Production capacity for 24slots ≤30s/pc.
The indexing is driven by servo system. Different lacing mode could be set such as slot lacing, interval lacing, fancy lacing.
Main spindle adopts servo control system. The rotation speed can be set.
After lacing, there is no copper wire snap or wire enamel broken.
Primary qualification rate ≥99.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%
