I Description of semi-automatic toroidal core winding machine:
This machine is specially designed for winding toroidal CRGO cores used in electronic transformers.
This machine is equipped with an automatic cutting device.
This machine is equipped with adjustable guiding device and strip pressing device which assure the winding tension and precision.
This machine is equipped with follow-up pressing device which always press core during winding, very good compacting degree.
This machine is equipped with an automatic core releasing device which can kick out finished cores from the winding mandrel.
Strip pressing device and follow-up pressing device are driven by pneumatic, convenient and free adjusting pressure.
Welding in the end is manual.
(Note: this hand-hold TIG welder is not included in our machine offer)
