Semi-processnon-oriented electrical steel products provide customers with personalized customization,
and the naming rules are specified separately. At present, it includes CRML64 series, S85, 50SP560E5, 65SP630E5, etc.
and CRML49 family, 50SP450E5 for high efficiency motors. Semi-process electrical steel products meets the requirements of ROSH, REACH and other hazardous substances.

Note:
1. The magnetic properties in the table are not the magnetic properties when leaving the factory, which are the magnetic properties of semi-process electrical steel after heat treatment according to the specified process.
2. The semi-process electrical steel can obtain excellent magnetic properties by stress relief annealing after punching, and the interlayer resistance can be changed by bluing.
Attention:
1. Measurement ofmagnetic propertiesafter heat treatment according to specified process is made in accor
dance with GB/T3655-2008. The number of the transverse and vertical samples are the same.
2. P15/50 is the core loss with 1.5T and 50Hz.
3. B50 is the magnetic induction with 5000A/m.
Remarks: The tensile test is in accordance withGB/T 228.1-2021. Mechanical properties are transverse results, the mechanical property of silicon steel is usually used as a reference value for processing, not as a guarantee value for delivery.
