The Flap Discs are manufactured using materials like fiber, with sand cloth as the abrasive material processed through special techniques. They are mounted on angular grinding machines and are suitable for the grinding and finishing of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, as well as stone and plastic. They are used for polishing weld seams, removing burrs from stamped parts, and can be alternated with resin grinding wheels. These abrasives boast high elasticity, excellent self-sharpening properties, high grinding efficiency, good heat dissipation, low noise levels, and a long service life.
