QLT series submersible push water aeration oxygenation pump are mainly used in freshwater aquaculture, marine aquaculture, water purification and oxygenation, Sewage treatment plant aeration tank, and Aerated grit chamber.
Oxygenate and mix the mixed liquid of sewage sludge, and carry out biochemical treatment of sewage.
Simple structure and high efficiency:
The integrated aeration and oxygenation does not need to be equipped with blowers, valves, water pumps, etc., low consumption and high efficiency, saving investment, no noise, maintenance-free, no space restrictions, no splashing phenomenon during operation, no waves, and no damage to the shore of the water body.
There is no need for liquid lubricating oil to lubricate, and there will be no leakage of lubricating oil to pollute the water body. The loss of kinetic potential energy is small and the mechanical efficiency is high.
Innovative oxygenation method:
The air is sucked into the water by the high-speed rotation of the propeller, and broken into tiny high-density mist-like bubbles under the impact of high-speed water flow, which spread to the middle and lower layers of the water body, increasing the gas-liquid mass transfer interface
The bubbles stay in the water for a long time, increasing the dissolved oxygen time.
At the same time, the burst of bubbles produces a large number of negative ions, which can fully dissolve oxygen and purify water. The strong thrust of the propeller makes the water send oxygen to 80 meters away, so that the oxygen-enriched water surrounds the entire water body, forming a simulated ecological water flow, turning the dead water into living water.
