Rotary Drum Screen Mechanical Screen for Wastewater Treatment Plant

Description

The rotary drum screen is a proven, reliable performer for liquid/solid separation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, especially on screening brous and nongrayes solids. There are no moving parts, motors, or complicated connections. The Static Screen is simple and economical to operate.

The drum is horizontally rotated under the support of four

runners. It is driven by TEFC reducer,
and stainless steel sprocket. The spray system automatically

sprays clean water. The raw water flows in the inner of the drum

through the overflow tank. The filtered raw water is diverted to

the central drainage area through the bottom plate deflector

and flows into the next sewage treatment unit; the slag in the

raw water is blocked on the inner surface of the drum filter and

is discharged as the drum rotates.

Process
