Description:
This water bath sterilizer adopts cyclical water as sterilization heating carrier and carry out water-pouring sterilizing operation for articles. During the whole working course, superheated water operates in a relatively sealing cyclical system, which has series of advantages, high heat efficiency, good temperature evenness, stable temperature adjusting range, etc. Besides, this  autoclave retort sterilizer also effectively prevents second pollution during working with anti-pressure protection device. The horizontal autoclave retort can be applied widely to high-and-low temperature sterilizing operation on liquid in glass bottles. Ampoule bottles, plastic bottles, plastic packs, etc, in pharmaceutics. Meanwhile, The industrial autoclave to sterilize all kinds of sealing package, drinks, cans.

Features:
1. Designed to be mounted on the floor (using indoor and transfer car loading) or mounted in the pit (loading on the floor using in/out car or automatic loading/unloading device)
2. Cylindrical single-wall chamber made of 304 stainless steel with high finish. Single or double doors with sliding door option to meet customer specific requirements. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane and perlite wool.
3. Chamber pipings and fittings in 304 stainless steel, Tri-clover clamp connection.
4. The retort autoclave is operated by steam supplied from central boiler. Steam pressure: 0.4- 0.6MPa
5. Vacuum system The system is used to effectively remove air from the autoclave chamber. It is composed of efficient water ring vacuum pump, condenser and so on.
6. The spray distribution manifold is equipped with nozzles that are well positioned to ensure uniform distribution of water across the product, thus achieving excellent temperature uniformity throughout the load.
7. High efficiency plate heat exchanger, 316L SS, used for recirculation of heating/cooling water.
8. Monitor the pressure in the chamber through the pressure transmitter. Built-in temperature sensor for temperature testing.
9. Control unit is based on advanced PLC or microprocessor technology. The unit controls different sterilization cycles with the help of different combinations of built-in procedures.
10. The control unit is equipped with manual operation facilities. Man-machine interface with touch screen, more simple operation, more intuitive sterilization process.
11. The loading truck is made of 304 stainless steel. It has adjustable shelves that can be positioned according to the height of the goods. It is designed to slide easily from the chamber to the trolley. The cart is made of stainless steel. It has four heavy casters on its base.
