SGZ series centrifuge is three-column type scraper bottom discharge centrifuge, batch operation, and automatic control, feeding, separation, washing, dewatering, discharging can be control by hydraulic and electric system, remote control is available.
Applications
SGZ centrifuge can apply to separating the suspended liquid contained particles, but also fibers, like plasters, bluestone, potassium chloride, borax, dyestuffs, pesticides, salts, gourmet powders, foodstuff additives, chemical flavors, antibiotics, vitamins, the metals like copper, zinc and aluminum, metal products, sludge and waste water treatment.
Design Features
Inverter start-up and speed control, which makes startup smooth. Relative centrifugal force is adjustable.
Practical and economical three-column suspended support structure, and spring vibration absorption.
Hydraulic drive scraper discharge, PLC program control, cake layer controller; feeding, filtration, washing, dewatering and discharging is fully automatic.
Dynamic braking, no friction dust.
Middle feed and semi-opening upper cover satisfying general requirements in chemical production.
Safety protection: rotation speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection, scraper movement protection, interlocking protection between scraper and basket ,etc.
Optional configurations for chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry
Configuration
During type selection, the user should specify the requirements such as variable speed control, braking mode, material of construction, feed type, explosion-proof requirements, anti-corrosion requirements, surface treatment requirements, electrical element configuration and operating control modes.
Note: Conventional clutch driving structure with dual motors can be supplied but not recommended
