Four Way Smart Shuttle High Density Pallet Storage ASRS Shuttle Racking System is an upgraded version of an intelligent compact storage system for a stacker crane operated ASRS warehouse system. It is controlled by computer system, and the goods can be placed in the designated location by means of horizontal and vertical movement of a 4 way shuttle device. The elevator can move goods to higher level locations and change levels of 4 way-shuttle. The logistics docking between internal and external is carried out through a conveying system.
The four-way shuttle intelligent storage system is mainly composed of six parts:
--Shuttle rack structure,
--Four-way shuttle device,
--Vertical elevator,
--Conveyor system,
--Warehouse management system(WMS)
--Warehouse control system(WCS).
