The aseptic filler has been designed for filling high and low acidity products such as dairy, cream, puree like tomato paste, onion paste, chili paste, strawberry paste, paste, carrot paste, peach paste, apricot paste, and concentrated juice etc.
Main Features:
1. The aseptic filling machine is used for the filling of liquid and concentrated products. The filling head can be single or double according to the required capacity.
2. The machine is composed of control system, filling head, bag nozzle fixed pincers, lid opening pincers, lid close pincers, inspection window and lifting platform.
3. PLC automatic control, parameter setting by touch screen, the lifting platform can lift automatically during the filling to avoid the second pollution caused by the lifting of filling head.
4. The filling volume of the bag is controlled by imported flow meter and electric weighing sensor. When it reaches the setting volume, filling machine can seal the lid automatically then the lifting platform rotary to prepare the next barrel.
5. The aseptic filler: the filling chamber can keep the aseptic temperature in 95°C, to guarantee the aseptic environment during the filling process.
6. Filling head: automatic electric weighing sensor system; Label printer; control system of sterilizing, cleaning.
