We supply shear blades with different profiles, such as rectangular, V shaped, circular, curved and section.

Metallurgical blades are mainly made of H13, H13K, H3, 9CrSi,5CrW2Si,6CrW2Si,Cr12Mov, W18Cr4V,SKD61,SKD11,D2 and other high quality tool steels and alloy tool steels. It has the characteristics of high precision, sharp edge, impact resistance and wear-resistance, mainly used for shearing of continuous casting, continuous rolling and slab opening. 

The blades weigh from 5KG to 600 KG, up to 1.5 meters in diameter, 5.5 meters in length and IT4 class in machining precision. The blades are not only sold to all major Chinese steel plants but have also been exported to more than 30 countries like Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Egypt, Spain, the U.K, Hungary, Germany, Finland, Russia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, etc.

Applications:
Cutting blades for medium and heavy plate, bar, wire rod, cold rolling and metal processing industries.

Packing and storage :
Applied with anti-rust oil and then packed in plastic film and loaded in wooden case.
