Process of PVC calendering film
- PVC Resin SG-3 Or SG-5 ,K Value 60-75 .
- Mixed process: PVC resin with Plasticizer, Lubricants, stabilizers ,pigments and filler. From mixer or mill ,then the extrusion .
- Four-Roll calendering process which compresses and rolls the plastic into a flat film or sheet. Finishing equipment cooling and take-off the films with embossed or plain rolls.
- Finished rolls.
Inspection ,can test surface, tensile strength ,plasticizer extraction/migration, elongation ,flame-retardant, breakdown and so on .

What are your standard payment terms? -
We do accept payments as 30% advance and balance before dispatch. For regular clients, we can offer D/P terms also subject to insurance approval. We do accept payment through T/T or Paypal.
What will be your lead time?
- We normally take 2-3 weeks for standard products. Any customization might end up with a higher lead time which may be upto 3-4 weeks. We humbly suggest you to check the lead time with the sales manager before placing an order.
Are you a manufacturing company or a trading company?
- We are proudly a manufacturing company. You are welcome to visit our factories.
Do you provide free samples? How many days will it take?
- Normal sample production is below one week. As per our companies policy, samples are provided free of cost. The client needs to bear the freight charges for sample sending.
What kind of transportation method do you use?
- We can send our products by Sea or by Air. We can provide you FOB/CIF/DAP terms depending on product and client.
How do you ensure quality?
- We do have inhouse quality control team. We have a laboratory for testing the manufactured products in the company. We do have a multistep process to test the goods.
