Product Description
Structural features:
The shell of the equipment is broken steel, the head is made of carbon steel or graphite, the tubesheet is covered with graphite, the heat exchange tube is made of modified phenolic resin profiled graphite tube, and the tube and tubesheet are bonded with mortar.
Heat exchange tube model: 32 / 22, φ 37 / φ 25, 50 / p36.
Design parameters:
Design pressure: 0.5 MPa
Design temperature: - 10 ~ 165 ºC
Heat exchange area: 5 ~ 2000 m2
Product Description:
1. The heat exchange tube and tubesheet of the equipment are bonded and sealed, with simple, compact structure and high fluid resistance
2. The values in the table are calculated according to the pitch diameter of φ 32 / 22 graphite tube;
3. The company designs and manufactures heat exchangers with an area of more than 260 square meters according to the requirements of interchangeability;
4. Type I is ordinary heat exchanger and type II is condenser with gas-liquid separator.
5. The equipment is mainly used as cooler, heater, condenser and heater.
