Use: LTD8 Traction hoist is the powered unit of the suspended platform.
And now it is widely used for installing elevators ( lift) and service lift for wind turbine tower, such as lift the track and materials, as the powered unit for lifting the elevator installation platform/service lift.
Compared with electric winch/hoist, it has electromagnetic brake. It is safer.
Working principle: LTD8 Consists of electromagnetic brake motor, centrifugal speed limiter and dual speed reduction system and "α "cable-guiding system. The hoist is driven by the electromagnetic brake, three-phase asynchronous motor through the worm gear and a pair of reduced gears. The steel wire rope goes through the rope guiding system to lift the platform or any other load.

Safety Device
| We suggest you use hoist together with the safety lock, LSB30 or LSL30. The safety lock is the fall-arrest device to prevent the danger brought by the broken steel wire rope. | |
