If you only want to check the design and production quality, we will provide our spot samples, and the sample cost and freight will be paid by you. If you want the customized sample, we will charge the mould fee and freight.

For digital art, we prefer a PC file saved in CorelDRAW(.cdr), Photoshop(.psd), Illustrator(.ai), of course, jpg and pdf files are also acceptable, higher resolution will be better.
Tips: always remember to convert text to outlines or curves, or you must include the font files with the design file.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:(1)Sample Lead Time -- 7~15 days upon receipt of your sample/artwork and advanced payment.
(2)Production Lead Time - 30~50 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
