The blast wheel control cage is one of the core component of the shot blasting machine, which is to control the direction of the shot blasting through the control cage.
The function of the control cage is to control the direction of the projectile, send the projectile to the blade correctly according to certain requirements, and the divergent flow of the projectile will become regular.
By adjusting the opening position of the directional sleeve reasonably, the shot blasting effect can be greatly improved. .
Through the cooperation with the shot separation wheel, the steel shot reasonably enters the blade projection area, and then is projected to the workpiece surface at high speed.
Universal shot blasting machines such as crawler type shot blasting machine, hook type shot blasting machine, rotary type shot blasting machine, etc. do not need to adjust the directional sleeve frequently.
The adjustment of the directional sleeve is mainly for various non-standard shot blasting equipment, such as: pass-through shot blasting machine, catenary shot blasting machine, etc.
Due to the different workpieces to be cleaned, usually complex structural parts, according to the instruction manual. It is required to regularly check the wear of the pelletizing wheel and replace the severely worn pelletizing wheel in time.
