The settings vary according to the thickness of the material, the speed of conveying the product, the size of the air volume, and the temperature. If the product is not resistant to high temperatures, a low temperature can be used, and a thin shrink film can be used. If the shrink film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased, and the power of the shrink machine also needs to be selected to be larger.
The temperature increases as the speed of conveying the product increases, and vice versa. The temperature decreases as the air volume increases, and vice versa. The power of POF and PVC shrink machines is generally 5-20KW, and the temperature is generally set at around 140-°160°, and the adjustment is basically the same as that of PE shrink machines.
