Industrial Uses:

Accelerate and improve the Producing Process of Visi-cooler Side Wall by Single Side Panel;
Combine the 2 sides of panel into 1 pair of the Side Wall by alternative options in production.

Working Procedures:

1. The sheet (be cut previously) is to size and laid on the proper carriage, meanwhile attract it on the loading trolley by a pick-up unit with suctions cups; The laid sheet is transmitted on the comparable basis line, the front edge of the panels is kept as reference (It's not adjustable for basis line when different dimensions of sheets are on processed);

According to the selected producing program, its positioning is willing to be carried out automatically;

2. The sheet is sent onto the Roller Conveyor and passed the side positioning, it is entered into the Notching and Piercing table;When the sheet triggers the sensor of the approach switch at the entrance to the Notching and Piercing table, the transfer system is starting to run and carrying the sheet toward the position of Punching. The transfer system pauses when the sheet is piercing after finishing the notching cycle, and continues to press down and transport the sheet at the exit of the station;

This panel is to be placed and carried into 2 Sides Bending Station;
The actions order of Two Sides Bending Machine:
Convey the panel to the front of side positioning→Side positioning→Hold down the Upper Mould Bar→Bending→Restoration;

3. The panel will be transferred into the End Sides Bending Station afterwards, it is inclusive of a unit of front side positioning and a unit of side positioning, when it senses the sheet, this device will react to withdraw the functions.

End Sides Vertical Bending Machine's working process:
Front side positioning→Side positioning→Hold down→Bending→Restoration(The transferring System won't be working when sheet bends)

4. When the Bending Cycle finished, the panel can be unloaded by manual works at the unloading position.
