Application
It can serve as both a crosslinker and an adhesion promoter in waterborne applications, including acrylic and polyurethane coatings. Furthermore, it can function as an adhesion promoter in the coating and sealant industries, enhancing wet adhesion, anti-yellowing, anti-corrosion, and water-proof properties. In addition, it can be utilized to improve adhesion and enhance electrical properties of EMC (epoxy molding compound), electronic encapsulation, and packaging materials. Moreover, it can act as a surface modifier for inorganic materials such as fillers, glass fiber, and metals, enhancing bonding performance between organic resins and inorganic substrates. Compatible resins include epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, polysulfide, and others. Lastly, it can enhance the mechanical and electrical properties of various epoxy composites.
