| What is SPU? |
In January, 2005,we spent three years developed and created a new product of cushion sports flooring,and gave it a perpetual and dynamic name 'SPU'. The same year in November, the State Trademark Office officially accepted the "Silicon PU "trademark applications.
Hence then, SPU started dominating in this new era for mainstream sports flooring construction. It has been implemented for the past 10 years and created a classic name for sports flooring.
It's a design based on human kinetics and physical characteristics flooring system, with hard top layer combined with soft rebound cushion lower layer structure. It's suitable to lay on concrete or asphalt substrates. The cushion layer is formed by single component modified polyurethane and top up with two-component modified acrylic resilience layer.

SPU acrylic tennis court system uses modified tenacious acrylic resin as the abrasion resistant layer. It's a
breakthrough for the brittleness and fissility shortcomings of the traditional acrylic material.
Polymer compound material supports the surface layer well and its excellent ductility plays an effective role in
dynamic anti-crack performance.
Then it combines with the permeation-type primer to form an integral rebound structure that has high
adhesion and weatherability.
The prime coat isolates moisture underground and the layer has effective anti-seepage. Thus, all these
ensure the floor durable.
The launch of SPU Tennis Court System is a complement to the shortcoming of the hard acrylic tennis court.
Especially the sport protection which is provided by its resilience, it solves the sport harm to the athletes
caused by the hard ground. At the same time, it further makes the ground provide more professional sport
feeling for matches.
