1, take out silicone tcs-126A TCS-126B it is two compoent silicone material ,126A is silicone and 126B is catalyst , it can also use one componentsilicone to dispensing the ribbon , it can curing by itself . the two kind of silicone must use machine suction cups to inhale into the dispensing machine separatly , then it can through the shape finished process it can make the line ,dot ,wave effect , and it can also do the coating effect on the whole ribbon , just change the mold .then it throgh the oven , it need 120 degree to bake it . the whole process is automatic .it use widly on ribbon , it can show the beautiful effect and also can antiskid .

TCS-126A/b is an additional liquid silicone rubber with two components. It showed up good characteristics, such as excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, high transparency, avirulent environmental protection, high-adhesive strength, heatproof temperature exceeds 250C. It is widely used in printing of textile.

Packaging, storage and transportation and precautions
• The base rubber in this series is packed in 20kg / per iron can.
• This series of products should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place to prevent rain and sunlight.
• Avoid contact with condensation type silicone rubber curing agents during operation. Also likely to cause the compound to not solidify are amines, sulfur and phosphorus compounds, and some metal salts. Avoid moisture ingress during use.
• The storage period of this series of products is one year, and the fluidity can be restored under the action of shearing force (strong stirring). It is recommended that the rubber material be stirred in a container first, and then added with a curing agent and stirred evenly. It can still be used after passing the retest.
