Product Description
Silicone Rubber Fuse Cutout with Arc Chute for Power Transformers
High voltage fuse cutout is used in primary overhead feeder lines and taps to protect distribution transformers from short-circuits and overloads. When the current exceeds a given value for a certain time, the fuse will melt, and the switch mechanism to visibly open, disconnecting transformer from the line. It has the characteristics of economy, convenient operation, and strong adaptability to outdoor environments. With function of an isolating switch, cutouts create a safe working environment for power line and equipment in the maintenance section.

The installation site should be free from fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
Mounting Arrangement
The cutout will be provided with a suitable arrangement for mounting, an angle of 15° to 20° from vertical. The cutout can be mounted on either steel cross-arm or poles. There is a hole in the mounting bracket to allow the cutout to be fixed by means of a bolt vertically through the cross-arm with its center line.
Packing
Normal packing will be carton+ pallet. Pallets securing your primary packaging (and your product) in a stack to facilitate movement and storage, it provide additional protection. Special packaging arrangements are available upon user request.
