WH-TP thermal conductive silicone pad is a kind of material with high thermal conductivity and excellent flexibility. When assembled with electronic components, it shows low thermal resistance and nice electrical insulation characteristics under low compression force. It can work stably at -40ºC~220ºC and meet the requirements of UL94V0 flame retardant grade.
