4.Characteristics:
A)Offer flexibility of material design; being able to produce the electrical contact with high mechanical and electrical contact characteristics
B)Save precious metal materials with low prices, as precious metal is only used at electrical contact spots.
C)Precious Clad Metal Material is suitable for continuous automatically manufacture. It does not need other manufacture process, such as welding or soldering after its formation. It simplifies manufacturing process of electrical parts with high productivity and low cost and raises the assembly precision credibility of electrical component.
5. Main application
Precious Clad Metal is used for all sorts of electrical component production, such as, micro motors, electrical brush, commutator, jiggle plug/socket, relay, connector, tuner, etc.
6. Production Line
Precious Clad Metal production line has Germany Hi-precision Roller Machine; Hi-precision Vertical Cutting Machine; Slotting Machine; Ionic Absorption Test System AAS; Light Processor & Metallographic Microscope; Digital Light Processor; Strength Tester; Hardness Tester and other 220 production and testing equipments. As clients requirement, we can make different foils, annual output 300 tons.
