Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Yes, normally we provide free samples in some specific size if you would like to bear the shipping charges. For more bigger size we shall charge the basic sample charges.
Q: What is the lead time for those products?
A: The lead time will range according to the order quantity and different items, normally 10 working days after the order.
Q: Can I make a small order?
A: We can accept the small order, but there is no discount.
Q: What is your Payment method?
A: We prefer to T/T, 100% prepaid or 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: What is your policy for quality problems?
