Product Description
Hot wire for rear glass of almost all cars is printed on surface of glass used conductive silver paste by screen printing. After tempered, conductive silver paste is sintered on surface of glass. Because having resistance, it can clean the fog after electrified.
There are three deciding factors for hot wire power:
Pattern of hot wire: It's best more than 1mm of width to better print.
Film's thickness of silver paste: film is thicker, and power is less.
Silver content of silver paste: The silver content effects directly resistance of hot wire. If the content increase 1 percent, power increases 5W, so, power increases 20W, the content of silver needs to increase 4 percent.
Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): (80~90)×10-7/K-1 (50-300ºC)
Particle size: ≤10um
Drying temperature:100ºC~150ºC
Tempering temperature:600ºC~700ºC
Tempering time: about 6 minutes
Printing mesh: 195~305 of Mesh
Printing R.H.: 50~60%
Printing temperature: 20ºC~25ºC
We have silver contain 60%, 70%, 80% for chooose.
