XA is used for handling clear water or the liquids similar to the water physically and chemically finding the applications for water feed and supply service in mine, plants and towns, air-conditioning, extinguishing and irrigation.In spite of the same specification, the pump's performances vary with the diameter of the impeller. (indicated with the block letters A, B and C in the end of the designation of the type.)The pump is simple in structure, reliable in performances, small in size. low in power consumption, convenient in maintenance and of good cavitation proof.XA has 60 specifications with the shaft in four sizes suitable for various handling duties. For the pump with a same specification, the components, such as shaft, bearings, shaft sleeve, shaft seal and the fasteners of impeller are exchangeable. In addition, only five types of bearing brackets are applied to the whole series.

3. Check the lubrication of the bearings, for every 1000 working hour period, replenish the bearings with 3# calcium base grease through the oil cup with high pressure oil gun; and for every half an year, 30# mechanical oil must be renewed to the centrifugal pump lubricated by the oil.
4. The piping should be fixed by their independent supports; otherwise the pump would be damaged by the piping weight
5. The suction pine should be installed individually to the every single pump, and which be as short as possible with little bend.
6. The undertaking pressure of the pump is different with materials, and its working pressure must be accommodated to
the undertaking pressure of the pump.7. When delivering the medium of none fresh water, please refer its physical and chemical property to the supplier including the material of the pump and the shaft seal.8. in the period of warranty, in case that the machine happens to failure, the user should inform the product service center of the supplier for handling. After being guaranteed by the supplier, the user can assign the experiential technician to deal with it.
