Automatic facial tissue machine for V fold hand towels
Application
This tissue paper cutting machine is for cutting facial tissue paper and interfold hand paper towels and also coreless toilet rolls. It can accommodate big ranges of cutting sizes. The height of log can be 140mm 150mm etc. It adopts 3 servo motors to control the cutting length and infeed to ensure the cutting accuracy.

ACE-FLS Fully Automatic High Speed Facial Tissue Paper Log Saw Cutting Machine
Main structure: single channel.
Applicable material: facial tissues
Designed speed: 150 cut/min
Working speed: 80-140 cut/min
when cutting length 100mm, about 140 cut/min;
when cutting length 230mm, about 120 cut/min.
Infeed channel: With 1 piece of infeed conveyor 3 meters length.
Cutting delivery system: Independent servo control and driving.

Cutting tolerance length: ±1mm

Output delivery: During the whole log saw cutting process, the tissues are pressed by Top timing belts + bottom timing belts to prevent the belts getting slippery and guarantee every cut accurate cutting. (But other company machines use flat belts which would definitely get slippery and no-accurate cutting.)
Adopt 2 servo motors to control the timing belts before the circular blade cutting and after the circular blade cutting .(But other companies' machines use only one servo motor or NO servo motor, controlled by only inverter, which cannot guarantee accurate cutting.)
Circular blade outer diameter: 610mm
Blade grinding/sharpening system: Automatically and pneumatically grinding/sharpening, grinding/sharpening time and interval parameters can be set in the touch screen. For example, you can set it to sharpen for 1 seconds every 30 minutes or every 50 cuts.
Cutting system: 360° rotating cutting. (Not like other companies machines, the cutting system is only up-and-down cutting.)
Trim removal system: Automatically blew away by air. Trimmed size: 20-65mm.
