General description:
This machine is designed especially for massive production of solid tablets like chewing gums, gummy candies, and energy tablets in the food industry.
This machine consists of the feeding device and packing machine. With the electromagnet vibrator, the chewing gums drops from the hopper and enters the feeding tunnel.in a line; then these chewing gum tablets to be sent to the packing machine.
The packing machine mostly packs 4-10 piece of chewing gums into a bar with single layer or double layer wrapping papers.
One of the important advantage of this machine is that it adopts the dual-tunnel for both feeding and packing. Thus the packing speed is improved greatly. The performance of this machine is steady and reliable under running.
This machine adopts excellent electric appliance, PLC control system, the frequency converter for infinite speed adjustment, photocell system and automatic compensating function with servo motor for accurate cutting of the outer paper, HMI system for setting, amending and saving all parameters during running. The protection covers are used in the mechanical driving parts.
