Single Stroke Honing Tools for Sunnen VSS Honing Machine
BOSON Abrasvies supply electroplated diamond single pass honing tools and honing sleeves designed for your specific application. Single pass honing tools incorporate an expandable, diamond sleeve mounted on a tapered mandrel for precision bore sizing and finishing. It's a fast and accurate method of sizing bore to final size. The honing tool go through the bore only once, removing a predetermined amount of stock, progressively enlarging the bore. After the final pass, the bore is to size, straight and round, with the desired surface quality.
Electroplated diamond single stroke honing tool shows high accuracy, fast material removal with short circle time and consistent bore geometry.
