Q:What is our target market?
A:Our used machinery and trucks are mainly sold to the following markets: Africa including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana,Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Senegal, Congo, etc.; South American countries include Dominica, Peru, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Barbados,Guatemala, Guyana, etc. Central and Southeast Asian countries, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam,Laos, etc.
Q:How do we transport the truck?
A:Normally, we will transport your vehicle to the port of destination. We mostly use bulk carriers, except for ports where there are no bulk carriers, we use ro-ro ships. If you have your own partner shipping company, we can only quote FOB price for you, transport the vehicle to the port of departure, and then your freight forwarder will load the vehicle for you. The transit time
depends on the distance from the port of destination.
Q:How long does our delivery time take?
A:Usually, delivery time is about 25 days.
Q:After payment, how do we ensure that the vehicle reaches the customer's country?
A:To show our sincerity, we are willing to accept 50%T/T deposit, 30%T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the balance will be paid after we provide you with a copy of the bill of lading. Because a copy of the bill of lading can be used as proof of our shipment, the document shows the vehicle information, ship company information, ship name and ship number, which you can search in any browser.
Q:After-sales treatment.
A:What I can assure you is that all the vehicles I sell you are inspected before they are shipped to make sure that the engine and all the wiring are fine. If you need to replace the parts later, we will provide you with the parts at a price below the market price, and we will also provide you with technical support because we have our own factory and technicians.
