Lvyuan company manufactures the ultra-high molecular polyethylene sintered filter,
molecular weight is more than 3 million of sintering particles.
Use a mould and pressure in the sintering furnace.
By adding functional materials of various kinds, active carbon for example, 
to conventional plastic raw materials, we can effectively remove substances for the environment in gas and liquid.

Used in water purification, sewage treat-ment, air dust filtration, oil filtration, fuel filtration,
sensor protection filtration, fluidization plate, aeration, liquid and odorstorage, plastic silencers, etc.

The advantages of the ultra-high molecular polyethylene sintered filter:
1. Resistance to strong acid, alkali corrosion, resistance to organic solvents;
2. High strength, good abrasion resistance, to ensure its service life. 
3. High porosity (60%) to ensure a greater flow per unit area;
4. Smooth outer surface, impurities are not easy adhesion, backwashing easy and thorough;
3. Anti-fouling ability: the small size of the filter so that impurities can't be retained in the filter body;
