Product Description
1,High silica fabric
High silica fabric is a high performance fiberglass fabric which contains more than 96% SiO2, it features excellent heat resistance and can withstand continuous temperatures of 1000 ºC for long periods of time, and up to 1600 ºC for limited periods.
The fabric is primarily used in hot work such as welding and burning operations and also useful for thermal and electrical insulation in stress relieving. It is available in a wide variety of fabricated forms including curtains, seals, pads, cloth and hemmed blankets.
Our Preshrunk versions of high silica fabric are identified by its White color, which is used in applications where shrinkage cannot be tolerated.
And our Standard (none-preshrunk) silica fabrics are Tan color.
The fabrics can also be treated by PTFE to enhance abrasion resistance.

2, Silica fiber needled mat
Silica fiber needled mat is made from silica fiberglass chopped strands through carding and needling process. The silica fiber randomly distributed in 3-D structure. It has properties of small needling hole and high porosity and were widely used as filtration and high temperature insulation material in coom,steel, nonferrous metal and chemical industry and could be used acoustic insulation, damping and fire resistant material in motorcycle and automobile industry.
Silica fiber chopped strands in various length for needled mat manufacturing available on request.

3, Silica fiberglass sleeve
Our Silica fiberglass sleeves are primarily used as the thermal protection of circular items, the sleeves can be applied in aerospace (gas turbin and rocket engines), metallurgical, nuclear power, electricity generation, petrochemical industries, etc. for example, tube seals, high temperature gaskets, heaters,reformers,turbine exhaust,boilers, thermocouple wire,etc.

4,Silica fiberglass tape
Our Silica fiberglass tapes are composed of continuous filaments of amorphous silica, the materials are capable of operating continuously at 1000ºC and at up to 1600ºC for limited periods, they will not melt or vaporize until temperature exceeds 1700ºC, and have a high resistance to thermal shock.
The Silica fiberglass tapes can be applied in aerospace (gas turbine and rocket engines), metallurgical, nuclear power, electricity generation, petrochemical industries, etc.

5, Silica fiberglass cord
Silica fiberglass cord is composed of twisted continuous silica filament. The silica cord is designed for applications involving high temperature, electricity, or corrosive substances where small diameters are required. We supply silica fiberglass cord/thread in various diameters.
The sililca fiberglass cords could also be treated with PTFE coating to improve handling properties.
