Six Channels Culture medium Filling Machine for Petridish consists of automatic loading dish part,open caps part ,Culture Medium Storage part,filling part,colding part and adding caps part.
2.Culture Medium Storage:
(1)Storage silo volume is around 3L.
(2)Storage silo must under high temperature and,high pressure,avail to culture medium storage and filling
(3)With mixing device inside to prevent medium from sedimentation and clotting.
3.Filling part:
(1)filling range 20-50ml
(2)six channel filling
(3)consistent peristaltical filling
( 4 )Shaking consistently after filling
Consist of a wide conveyor,after filling,all dish will go through the conveyor to next step,after it arrives in the caps adding part,it will automatic adding the caps in the filled Petri Dish.
