Product Description
SJW-WF serial Electronic/SCR/Thyristor/IGBT, Heavy Duty Voltage Regulator consists of compensation circuit, voltage regulating circuit, control circuit, input sampling circuit, output sampling circuit, output control circuit, protection circuit and bypass circuit. It has a simple structure which as no motor, chain, and gear transmission system. Its mechanical fault is zero, so it is maintenance-free for a long time. The main circuit which adopts multiple compensation transformer combination ,can achieve stable voltage by contactless
switch of thyristor and completely avoid the maintenance of brush wear as well as high frequency interference caused by brush
contact spark. Therefore, it has long service life and more than 100, 000MTBF hours. The product is stable due to its all power supply
protection function, it can reach more than 98%. Our product has 1 to 100KVA single phase, 3 to 2000KVA three phase, less than
100ms response time and ±2% to ±3% precision. Its compensation range is often ±20% and we can design ±30%, ±40% and
±50% compensation, and it has following features:
1. Adopting the advanced duplex winding compensation technology which ensure little waveform distortion.
2. Adopting one-chip computer to control the thyristor and shifting combination for timing compensation adjustment enable it to
realize the fast non-contact adjustment. Strong instantaneous overload capacity makes it available with various loads.
3. Adopting one-chip computer split-phase control, it has the functions of delay starting-up, three-phase automatic balance addition
adjustment, display, alarm and protection of open-phase, overrun and malfunction etc.
