Application
The sanitary storage tank is manufactured by our company according to the quality standard. The tank body and liner are all made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the tank is mirror polished, the roughness Ra≤0.4μm, and the outer insulation wall is made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. Widely used in room temperature or frozen storage storage of liquid or gas materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological products. It is usually used to store extracts, ethanol, acids, alkalis, gases, etc.
Classification
 Sanitary storage tanks are divided into vertical stainless steel sanitary storage tanks, horizontal stainless steel sanitary storage tanks by shape; into stainless steel pressure vessels, non-stainless steel pressure vessels by pressure; divided into: single-layer storage tank, double-layer storage tank (with insulation layer), and three-layer storage tank (with insulation and jacket) by structure.
Composition
The sanitary storage tank is mainly composed of the tank body and accessories. Sanitary storage tanks are mainly composed of cylinder body, outriggers (or lugs), upper and lower heads, jackets and insulation layers. The cylinder of the storage tank is cylindrical, the upper and lower heads are standard oval or butterfly heads, and the main material is 304 or 316L stainless steel. The insulation material is mostly polyurethane or rock wool, with a thickness of 50mm~100mm.
The accessories mainly include sanitary manholes, sight mirrors and lights, material liquid inlet and outlet, CIP cleaning ports and other options such as: liquid level gauge, thermometer, cleaning ball, respirator, weighing module, pressure gauge, safety valve etc.
All parts in contact with the liquid medicine are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which has the characteristics of non-toxicity, no shedding, and good corrosion resistance. Not only can the quality of medicines and food be guaranteed, but also the service life of the equipment is long.

All of our products are packing by wooden case or paper box, delivery by air, ship or express.
