Product structure and features-frame and torque diagram

Machine layout: The two guide rails of the inclined bed CNC lathe intersect with the ground plane, forming a sloping surface with angles usually 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, and 75 °. This design allows for a longer X-direction drag plate on the inclined bed compared to the flat bed, with the same guide rail width, allowing for more tool positions to be arranged.
Cutting rigidity: The cross-sectional area of the inclined bed CNC lathe is larger than that of the same specification flat bed, which has stronger resistance to bending and torsion. This makes the machine tool more stable during the machining process, reduces vibration, and improves machining accuracy.
Chip removal capability: The design of the inclined bed CNC lathe is conducive to chip removal, and the iron chips under cutting are not easily entangled with the tool. With the automatic chip removal device, the chips can be automatically removed, increasing the effective working time of workers.
