Q:How do I konw if the hair is human hair or synthetic hair?
A : Human hair has natural protein,it's easy to tell them apart by burning and smell.
(1)When human hair burns, it emits white smoke that smells like wool burning and turns to ash.
(2)When synthetic hair burned, it will turns into a sticky ball and emits black smoke.
Q:Is the unprocessed virgin hair?
A : Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, 100% natural unprocessed.
Q: Is the color of the hair weaving exactly the same as the picture shown on the website?
A: Due to different monitor settings and the lighting of our photo-shooting, there is a chance that color that appears on your monitor could vary slightly from the original color of the hair weaving.
Q: Can I trim or apply any hair styling product on my hair weft?
A: Yes. Our hair weft may be trimmed or styled just like normal hair to suit your needs.However, please note that, due to the product nature, we do not accept any return which has been worn, trimmed or styled.
