Structural principle
Mulit-plate sludge dewatering machine is consisted of fixed ring,movable ring and screw filter parts.This machine is combined with filtration enrichment technology and press technology,sludge concentrate and squeeze can be complated in a cylinder.In concentrate process,the relatived movement of fixed ring and movable ring can squeeze out water quickly,never blocked.In the squeeze process,with the decrease of volume of screw cavity,the pressure will become larger,then the water in sludge will be squeezed out.
Our machine use particular filter model replace the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method,make the solid-liquid separator and self-cleaning technology more easy and advanced.

Dewatering principle
1. Concentrate: When the screw axis move,sludge will be taken to forward and the pitch of the screw will become lessen,then the volume become lessen,so the pressure will become largen,so water will be squeezed out. Under the influence of gravity,water will flow out from the space of movable plate filter.
2. Dewatering: after concentrate,sludge will move forword with the push of screw axis,along the direction of mud cake moving,the pitch of screw aixs become smaller,the space of fixed and movable spacer become smaller too,The volume of screw cavity become lessen,then the pressure become largen at the influence of back plate ,so the water in the sludge be pushed out,the soild content of mud cake become largen.After this process,water will be separated out from sludge.
3. Self-cleaning: the relative movement between fixed ring and movable ring can avoid block effectively.So this machine can realize self-cleaning,this is a big advantage than traditional dewatering machine.

Working process
1. Confirm which kind flocculant will be used and confirm the adding ratio.
2. Before take on dewatering,please infuse flocculant,dilution of PAM is 500-1000 times.Sludge will be taken to mixed flocculation tank by sludge pump and PAM liquid will be sent to this tank by chemical feed pump too.Then mixer will mix them together,until from alumen floc.Then sludge will taken on dewatering process, and filter liquid will be squeezed out and flow back to raw water tank.
3. After concentrate,sludge will be pushed forward at the force of screw axis,at the influence of all kinds of force,sludge will take on dewatering in squeeze process,the filter liquid have high soild content,so this liquid will flow back to mixed flocculation tank to taken on dewatering again.
4. After dewatering,mud cake will be discharged from outlet,they will be send to converyor and taken to tippers,then they will be sent to dry field.

This machine can be used in municipal waste water,food industry, drinking inductry,slaughterhouse,fish breeding and poultry raising industry,dyeing and printing industry, petrochemical industry,paper industry,leather industry,pharmaceutical industry,etc.This machine can realize dewatering of high concentrate sludge,and they can dewater low concentrate sludge,the lowest concentrate is 2000mg/L.This machine use low speed mechanical squeeze method to realize dewatering.No filter cloth,no mud hole,don't need to rely on the defferent of gravity and centrifugal force,so they can dewatering all kinds of sludge (include oil-sludge )and no blocked.
The rotation speed is about 2-3 r/min,no shake,small noise,multi plate can self clean,only need little water to clean,no secondary pollution for water.No odor,odor will not spread to the environment.
