It mainly used for a complete set of 50 ton per day ,this machine is well-suited for the whitening of brown rice and the polishing of white rice. It employs a technique involving the use of blowing wind and suction to remove bran, resulting in minimal crushed rice and husk content, ensuring a clean surface for polished rice and a high rate of polished rice output.
Key specifications include a main shaft RPM of 1290 and an air blow capacity ranging from 1000 to 1500m3/h. The SM18E model is available in different variations, offering options such as a kicking rice roll or the absence of a kicking rice roller, with emery roller lengths of either 610mm or 560mm.
Its successor, MNMF series is our latest low-temperature sand roller rice milling machine, designed for daily output of 25-40 tons. Ideal for roughening and whitening japonica rice, ordinary indica rice, and high-quality indica rice, it caters to various precision grades. This advanced equipment, suitable for both single and double roller configurations, is the latest generation for large-scale brown rice roughening and whitening in China.
