Belt Filter Press is often applied in wastewater treatment plant / sludge dewatering process ,and it is one of the most cost effective options regardless of the type of sludge. This is belt conveyor under machine which can transport the dry cake out;Skid-mounted filter press with working platform, buffering tank, feeding pump together;

5.Working principle
The upper and lower filtering belts are tighten by the movement of a series rollers and cylinders on the machine, the free moisture in the sludge between the two layers belt will uninterruptedly be squeezed out to complete the sludge/water separation process. The working procedure can be divided into three stages: gravity dewatering, wedge preliminary pressure and dewatering, medium & high pressure cutting and dewatering.The belt squeezing and filter is composed of Frame Body, Rollers, Modifying Device, Tightening and dewatering System, Filtering Belts, Scraper Panel, Washing System and so on6.Specification
