Operation of Filter Press
1. Pressing: Push pressing handles, through lead screw to pull filter plate forward until the handle cannot turn round. If there is any leakage of slurry, please tighten once again until compacting.2. Filtration: Open the valves of feed port to feed, it must ensure that the feeding pressure is not more than the pressure on the nameplate. Under the pressure, the slurry is filtered through filter cloths, then the filtrate will be discharged.
3. Releasing: After the filtration of slurry completed, firstly use the pinch bar to release in advance, then pull handles until it can discharge the cakes, until now one working cycle is finished.
