The trocar is a medical device used in laparoscopic surgery. It consists of a puncture cannula and a puncture core. After the puncture core is inserted into the cannula, the skin is cut through the corresponding part of the body surface, and the trocar is inserted from the body surface. After reaching the cavity, the inner core is pulled out to establish a channel. The puncture cannula has two sets of interfaces connected to the cavity, and both interfaces have valves. The instrument channel allows the laparoscope or instruments to enter the cavity from the outside easily, and the other interface can be used to fill the cavity with liquid and gas. In addition, there is a valve to keep the cavity space relatively closed, so that there can be a relatively constant space during the operation.
