A: L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal is available. 40% as deposit, and 60% balance before delivery. After tested and packaged, we'll show you the photos of the items.

A: Peak Season Lead Time: one month, Off Season Lead Time: within 15 workdays.

Q: Will all items be tested? And its warranty policy?
A: Yes, all items will be tested and cleaned before packaging. It will have a 2-year warranty period provided it is not damaged by man-made.

Q: What are the standards of delivery?
A: After testing, we will remove the air from the items and pack them in PVC bags. Accessories include an electric air pump that can meet general needs. As well as connecting covers, bungee cords, and patching materials.

Q: Can your items be used in salt water?
A: Yes, we have many water park cases was installed in sea.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the park's usage environment and conditions?
A: Never use the product in strong winds, unsettled waters and thunderstorms. Remove the product from the water and secure in a suitable manner if the wind exceeds "Beaufort 5"(It's 19-24 mph (29-38 kph)).
