The inflatable multifunctional leaching mixer(model XJT-I) adopts external aeration, which is more practical in simulating the site. Frequency conversion technology is also adopted, Impeller stepless speed regulation, digital display, accurate adjustment. It is also equipped with a temperature controller to display the ore liquid temperature in the tank at any time. Equipped with heater, it can be heated and control the temperature of ore liquid.

Structure and Working Principle
The mixer is composed of the following parts: main shaft transmission parts, frame parts, external inflation parts, mixing tank, circulating cylinder, turnover device and electrical parts. The mixer rotates at high speed by its own rotor, and the liquid in the middle of the rotor is thrown out by centrifugal force. A large amount of air is sucked and released by the air pump to generate tiny mineralized bubbles. The speed of the rotor is stepless and high-speed, which can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
